The Dental College of Ontario Application form can be filled out online or printed and submitted with all of the required admission requirements listed in this section. The application form can be found by clicking any of the "Apply Now," buttons on the website.

The minimum standard application requirements is a high school diploma, or its equivalent. Applications with the following additional courses will be considered first:

• Grade 12 English (C or U) - A grade of 60% or higher 
• Grade 11 Math (M or U) or Grade 12 (C or U) - A grade of 60% or higher 
• Grade 11 Biology (C or U) or Grade 12 (U) - A grade of 60% or higher 

Official transcripts must be provided to substantiate educational records, and submitted with the Dental College of Ontario Application Form. If official transcripts are not in English, the transcripts must be translated and notarized. 

Applicants who meet the selection criteria will be invited to an interview via zoom. 

Additional documentation such as Reference Letters, Personal statements, etc. will be considered when reviewing applications.

The Dental College of Ontario is an English Language school, and therefore all applicants must be proficient in reading and writing in English to ensure success. Applicants who are not fluent in English must complete the English Language Proficiency Examination, and provide proof of a passing grade of 6.0 prior to the Admission Deadlines.
